At Zenverra Wellness, we want you to be happy with your order.
Because our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used food products.
A return or replacement may only be considered if:
You received the wrong item
Your order arrived damaged
There was an issue caused during fulfilment
The product was defective upon delivery
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging
A short explanation of the issue
We may not be able to review claims submitted after 24 hours.
Refunds or Replacements
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
A replacement
Store credit
A partial refund
A full refund, where appropriate
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Opened products
Used products
Change of mind
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Failure to receive delivery when contacted
Products damaged after delivery
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from Zenverra Wellness.
